The restaurant is a second-generation-owned taqueria and uses locally-sourced ingredients that are freshly prepared. Its menu includes camarones con nopales, arroz con pollo, flautas, tacos dorados, a tostada de ceviche, a taco dinner, and a torta. Available sides include chiles toreados, cebolllitas, frijoles charros, refried beans, and pico de gallo.

4. Los Galanes Mexican Restaurant

Los Galanes Mexican Restaurant is located at 3362 Bagley St and is open Tuesday-Sunday for lunch and dinner. The restaurant is independently owned, and its dinner menu includes appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches, tacos, fajitas, chicken, steak, seafood, and sides. Available chicken dishes include pollo suiza, pollo ranchero, pollo asado, and pollo en mole. If you’re looking for a tasty appetizer, be sure to try the restaurant’s ceviche tostada.

5. Mexicantown Restaurant

Mexicantown Restaurant is located at 3457 Flagley St and is open daily for lunch and dinner. The restaurant serves authentic Mexican food at great prices and is home to the original “flaming fajitas.” Its menu includes appetizers, favorites of Mexicantown, soups, specialties, salads, desserts, and sides. Available specialties include stuffed poblano peppers, chorizo and beans, chorizo and eggs, tacos al carbon, beef stew, and a Mexican plate.
