As we welcome our customers back into the showroom, we need to communicate changes regarding the precautions we are taking for both your and our employees' safety.

Service and Collision Procedures.

• You may make an appointment above or call us at (313) 392-9200 to schedule service with an Advisor
• You'll have the option to pay online through mobile pay or over the phone with a credit card.
• In accordance with State of Michigan guidelines, our capacity is limited in our Customer Lounge so please inquire about Lincoln Pick Up and Delivery or arrange to have your vehicle dropped off.
• Upon arrival, you should remain in their vehicle and a Service Advisor will greet you at your car to begin the repair order.
• If you are entering the dealership to complete the repair order, please remember that a mask or acceptable face covering is required to enter.

Service Pick UP

You have the ability to pay through mobile pay or over the phone
Your vehicle will be sanitized when pulled to the front of the dealership, including all touch points, exterior handle and key fob
Any additional questions, please contact a Service Advisor over the phone

Overall Covid-19 Response

All Employees are wearing masks and maintaining social distancing of 6 ft.
Hand Sanitizer is available at every desk.
High touch spots are disinfected several times during the day.
Offices, Showroom and Service is professionally cleaned, disinfected and the Facilities are fogged each evening with CDC approved disinfectant.

New and Pre Owned Sales

Our showroom doors are open to the public. Walk ins are welcome but appointments are recommended to ensure prompt service.
Upon entering the showroom, please observe appropriate social distancing of at least 6ft.
Additionally, all customers must have on a mask to enter the Dealership.
We have installed shields at Consultants desk to increase everyone's safety.

While our showrooms doors are open, we can also complete your purchase or lease online.
